I'm looking at my first 2BHK, maybe around Sector 57, and my budget is hovering near ₹1.8 Cr. Builders like Nanu Ram Goyal And Co often say 'no discount policy', but sahi mein kitna negotiate kar sakte hain in this market? My parents insist 5-10% is possible, but I'm not seeing it. Also, all-in cost ka kya scene hai? Basic price ke upar PLC, parking, stamp duty, registration... sab milake kitna upar jaata hai? I'm worried about hidden charges that only appear at possession time. Like, are there common unexpected costs in Gurugram projects? Koi batao, should I push harder or just accept their initial offer? Ab samajh nahi aa raha, it's so confusing.
