₹2.5 lakh ka extra saving hua meri 3BHK purchase mein. Just moved into my Emaar flat in Sector 65 last month. My CA told me about some lesser-known tax benefits beyond 80C/24, especially for stamp duty. Seriously, nobody discusses these things much. Saved a good chunk of money.
