Airport Road — been researching this area for months now, fed up of renting. Finally taking the plunge, but Gurugram mein property prices kaafi high lag rahe hain, especially for a 2BHK. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr max. I'm looking at some projects near Emperium Infrastructure's developments. Is this a good area for end-use? Mera main doubt hai ki negotiation kitna possible hai in Gurugram? Builders usually say fixed price, but I've heard you can sometimes get 5-10% off. Is that true for new projects ya sirf resale pe? Aur pre-launch deals mein sach mein discount milta hai ya woh bas hype hoti hai? Don't want to get stuck with unexpected charges later. Like PLC or floor-rise premium, are they negotiable too? EMI vs rent math mein hidden costs bahut matter karte hain. Any experiences with negotiating in Gurugram, especially for end-users like me?
