Budget finalised, loan pre-approved for an upgrade from my 2BHK, but Gurugram ke real costs samajh nahi aa rahe. Looking at a 3BHK in Sector 58, maybe MRG World. Builders quote one price, but then PLC, floor rise, parking, GST... it's a lot. Honestly, can you even negotiate hard? Kitna discount realistically milta hai, ya sab fixed hai? Also, what hidden charges pop up near possession? Suna hai maintenance deposits and club fees surprise many. Trying to calculate true total cost. Koi experience with MRG World's payment plans or unexpected costs?
