Gurugram property: Will prices keep soaring till 2026?

Okay, I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this Gurugram market is. Prices have shot up like crazy, especially around Dwarka Expressway and Golf Course Ext. Even places near Leisure Valley are seeing insane jumps. My budget for a 2BHK is around 1.5 Cr, but ab toh lagta hai kuch milega hi nahi. Builders like M3M and Godrej are quoting insane numbers. Not sure if this price rise is sustainable, ya phir 2026 tak correction aayega? Kya lagta hai, which areas will actually give good appreciation in the next 2-3 years? Like Sohna Road ya Sectors 82-84? I'm worried about overpaying now. Any advice on current trends and future outlook?
