Gurugram rent vs EMI: My breaking point

Gurugram mein rent prices toh pagal ho gaye hain. Last 2 saal mein 30-40% hike is just loot! EMI vs rent math ab buying ke favour mein hai. Am I wrong? Change my mind.

Totally agree! Gurugram rents have gone insane. My 2BHK in Sector 67 jumped from 25k to 38k in 18 months. It feels like buying is the only sensible option now, even with high interest rates. But then the down payment is a monster. Which areas are you guys looking at where prices haven't completely skyrocketed yet? Am I wrong to think this is the peak time to consider buying?
