Gurugram rental market: The hidden cost nobody talks about

My lease ends in 2 months and I'm seriously questioning this rental market in Gurugram. Everyone glorifies the city's growth but nobody talks about how insane rents have become. My 2BHK on Golf Course Extension just saw a 30% hike in a year, honestly not sure how people are managing. And these brokers? They're just gatekeeping properties, demanding absurd commissions. It feels like a cartel around Cyber City and Sectors 82-84. Are we just supposed to accept these massive rent increases and broker fees? Is there any real way to find landlords directly, especially near Dwarka Expressway, or is it futile? Disagree? Tell me why.
