Gurugram rentals: Are we all being pushed to buy?

Okay I'll be honest — I'm so confused about rent vs buy in Gurugram. My rent near Dwarka Expressway shot up 30% in two years! Is this justified? Matlab, will it stabilize? Agar itna rent dena hi hai, why not pay EMI for my own 2BHK in Hayatpur? Everyone says rental yield is low, but rents are insane. It feels like the market forces you to buy. Change my mind.
