Gurugram RERA is more hype than help

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – ab kaunsa sector? I work in real estate, but buying my own flat, like at Adani's or Paramount Luxury Floor 40, makes me see things differently. Okay, I'll say what no one says: Gurugram mein RERA is mostly for show. Builder-buyer agreements are a joke, full of one-sided clauses. What's the real ground reality of getting any actual relief from builders for delays? Disagree? Tell me why.
