Gurugram mein RERA compliance bas paperwork lagta hai sometimes. Kids have moved out, so I'm looking to sell our big house and buy a smaller 3BHK, maybe near Dwarka Expressway. Ameya Sapphire Residences type projects dekh raha hoon, budget around ₹2-2.5 Cr. But builder delays ka bahut darr hai, especially with Signature Global jaisey names. Agar builder delay karta hai, RERA mein humare real options kya hain? Matlab, compensation truly milta hai ya bas legal jhanjhat hi badhti hai? Also, builder-buyer agreements mein kuch clauses hote hain jo sirf builder ko favor karte hain. Should I get it reviewed by a lawyer? And delayed OC ka kya scene hai? Kya bina Occupancy Certificate ke possession lena theek hai? Ya tab tak EMI continue karni padti hai? Seniors ki advice chahiye, don't want any trouble.
