Dwarka Expressway projects – sab bolte hain investment ke liye best hai. But honestly, as someone jo industry mein hai, I'm seeing so many red flags. Okay, I'll say what no one says: RERA is great on paper, but kitna effective hai jab builder default karta hai? Builder-buyer agreements mein itne loopholes hote hain, mostly builder ke favour mein. ATS Infrastructure ke projects, like Vohra Estate 12, ka legal track record kaise verify karein beyond just RERA number? Koi actual experience share karo, off the record. Disagree? Tell me why.

Yaar, post bilkul sahi baat keh raha hai. As a first-time buyer, RERA pe hi trust kar rahe the, but ab lagta hai woh bhi bas ek formality hai. ATS Infrastructure, despite being established in 1998, has some projects jinke baare mein sunke darr lagta hai, especially since their HQ is Noida, not even Gurgaon. Vohra Estate 12 ke legal track record ke liye, RERA number ke beyond kya dekhein, samajh nahi aata. Bahut nervous hoon.
