Negotiating on resale properties in Gurugram feels much harder than I expected. I'm looking at a 3BHK in Sector 63, a Sobha project, priced around ₹2.5 Cr. The owner isn't budging much. Do you find secondary market deals here actually offer better negotiation room than new builder projects? What's a realistic discount to push for?
