Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Gurugram, especially around Sector 114. For an investor, is the secondary market a better bet for negotiation than new projects from builders like SHF Square LLP? I'm focused on total acquisition cost and ROI. Kya secondary deals mein floor-rise premium aur PLC par zyada negotiation possible hai, ya woh bhi fixed hota hai?
