Did a site visit to Emaar projects in Sector 70A last Saturday. Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. New launch prices feel quite high for the premium. Toh I started checking secondary market deals. Lag raha hai resale mein negotiation ka scope zyada hai compared to direct builder. I found ek 3BHK for ~₹1.8 Cr. Should I push for more discount on resale? Any hidden catches ya legal issues to watch out for in Gurugram's secondary market? Already have a home loan, so just need to ensure clear titles.

Totally agree, naye launch toh out of budget hain. Secondary market mein scope definitely zyada milta hai. ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 70A sounds decent, but you should definitely push for more. Builders se toh ek paisa bhi nahi hilta.
