Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 31. Fed up of renting yaar, finally taking the plunge. EMI vs rent math ab theek lag raha hai. Sector 31 mein safety kaisi hai? Families ke liye raat mein safe feel hota hai kya? Also, water supply ka kya scene hai, especially summers mein? Schools aur hospitals ka access kaisa hai from there? Any hidden issues?
