Gurugram Sector 59: Premium living, real daily grind
Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 59, Gurugram. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 62, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe a small villa. Projects like M3M and Emaar along Sohna Road corridor look good. Already have a home loan, so EMI is a big factor. But yaar, what's daily life actually like there? Is it too far from the main city buzz? I'm worried about the commute, not just office but also for schools and general amenities. Is the premium for these projects justified by the actual living experience? Aur future potential kaisa hai for investment and rental demand? Matlab, ROI kaisa expect kar sakte hain? Any residents here who can share their ground reality? Traffic, power cuts, community feel... sab batao please. Should I really consider moving here?

I visited Sector 59 last month, and while the projects are stunning, the surrounding infrastructure is still catching up. My brother lives near Badshahpur and even he complains about the traffic on Sohna Road, especially during peak hours. For schools, you'll still be looking at options closer to Golf Course Road, which adds to the daily grind. So, premium justified? For now, maybe not fully.
U3, your point about Badshahpur traffic is so real. I'm seeing
Honestly, premium living in Sector 59 feels like a trap. Prices are sky-high, and it's practically Baharampur Naya. Commute will be a nightmare, I'm telling you.
Bhai, exactly my thoughts! Sector 59 projects look so tempting, especially M3M Golf Estate Extension. Par woh commute ka darr hamesha rehta hai. I'm also in a 2BHK in Sector 61, so the upgrade bug has bitten me too. EMI ka toh tension hai hi. Is the premium justified, or are we just paying for the brand name?
Commute toh hai problem, but future mein expressways se better ho jayega shayad? Builders promise connectivity, right?
Sahi kaha U1! M3M projects are beautiful no doubt, but the premium feels a bit much considering the location. Think about the resale value in 10 years. Will it hold up compared to established sectors?
