Ambience Lagoon mein security sirf naam ki hai kya? Just moved in, visitor management pura mess. Guards untrained. High maintenance, zero security quality. Tenant attraction pe affect hoga, resale value down karega kya?

Haan, sahi keh rahe ho. Ambience Lagoon toh kaafi purana project hai na? Is it possible that older projects generally have these issues, ya builders bas initial years mein dhyan dete hain, phir neglect kar dete hain? Kya specific problems face kar rahe ho visitor management mein?
Meri ek friend Basai mein ek old society mein rehti hai, wahan bhi security guards bas formal dress pehne hote hain. Entry-exit record koi maintain nahi karta, aur delivery waale andar tak aa jate hain bina check ke. Jab unhone complain ki, toh society management ne bola budget nahi hai trained guards ke liye. It directly impacts the sense of safety, especially for women and kids.
Absolutely, U5! Builder ka focus sirf selling pe hota hai, uske baad sab 'society' ke upar. Bahut galat hai yeh.
Exactly! Old projects mein yeh common hai. Ambience Lagoon toh 2003 ka possession hai, tab RERA bhi nahi tha. Builders ek baar possession de dete hain, phir maintenance aur security pe cost-cutting shuru ho jaati hai. Airport Road ke paas waale projects mein bhi yahi haal hai, high maintenance fees par service zero.
4.4 Cr se 9.3 Cr ki range mein bhi agar security aisi hai toh kya fayda? Shocking! I was considering options in that range, but this is making me rethink everything.
Totally agree, yaar! Gurugram mein high-end projects bhi security ke naam pe bas gate pe ek guard khada kar dete hain. Visitor management toh sab jagah automated dikhate hain, par ground reality kuch aur hi hoti hai. This is a big concern for families, especially first-time buyers like us.
