Gurugram societies: Parking and security, real talk?

Parking allocation in Gurugram projects is a real headache, isn't it? I'm looking at Aspiration, aur they're promising one covered parking per unit. But I'm hearing stories of lottery systems or extra charges for a second car later. Is it truly reserved and fair, ya phir just another builder promise? Also, security systems ki practical reality kya hai? CCTV, visitor management, guards ki quality – does it actually work well ya sirf show-off? My parents keep saying safety is key. What's your experience, especially in established societies?
