Gurugram societies: Parking and security, real talk?
Parking allocation in Gurugram projects is a real headache, isn't it? I'm looking at Aspiration, aur they're promising one covered parking per unit. But I'm hearing stories of lottery systems or extra charges for a second car later. Is it truly reserved and fair, ya phir just another builder promise? Also, security systems ki practical reality kya hai? CCTV, visitor management, guards ki quality – does it actually work well ya sirf show-off? My parents keep saying safety is key. What's your experience, especially in established societies?

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! Aspiration ka toh pata nahi, but mere friend ne Sector 65 mein liya tha, wahan bhi same promises thi. Later, second parking ke liye 5 lakh maang rahe the! Yeh builders ka common tactic lag
