Gurugram: Underpriced assets in this market?
Been renting in Gurugram for 5 years now, fed up of landlord's rent hikes. Finally taking the plunge to buy, but prices yaar, it's crazy. My main goal is capital appreciation, not just end-use. I'm looking for underpriced assets, potential for good ROI. Dekh raha hoon Dwarka Expressway par, especially Sectors 102-113, and also Sohna Road. But rates seem high, not sure if the hype is already priced in. I'm thinking, are there any real price correction zones left in Gurugram? Like, where can one still find value, maybe in secondary market deals near Sector 51? Or is an under-construction from Global Horizon Holdings Private Limited better, hoping for a spot discount? What do you guys think? Kahan mil sakta hai acha deal with good appreciation potential?

Totally relate, bhai! Dwarka Expressway pe rates are touching sky. I was looking at Sector 111-113, but the per sqft rate feels like it's already peaked. Is there really any room for appreciation if you buy now? Bahut risk lag raha hai.
