₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 35 Sohna from Ganga Group seems steep, but I'm thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK in Sector 65. Already have a home loan. I'm trying to figure out the real all-in cost. Builders quote one price, but then there's stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking... it adds up fast. Are there hidden charges that only pop up near possession time? And is the floor-rise premium actually worth it in Gurugram? What's your experience with these extra costs?
