Gurugram upgrade: Are payment plans just a builder's game?

Sector 7 — I'm looking at some projects here for a 3BHK upgrade. Okay I'll say what no one says: construction-linked payment plans are a trap for investors like us. Builders, jaise Pyramid Infratech, love CLPs, but isn't it just an excuse to hold onto our cash longer, delaying possession? Matlab, where's the incentive for them to finish on time?
