Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on which sector to invest for my upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a small villa. Faith Ireo Savannah looks good, especially their promised green areas and clubhouse facilities. But honestly, I'm not sure if these amenities actually drive premium pricing or just become ghost facilities after a few years. Kya lagta hai, are these fancy clubhouses and landscaped gardens really maintained well long-term? Does it impact resale value or attract better tenants? What's the real ground reality?

Maine bhi ek project mein book kiya tha 2018 mein, 2021 ka possession tha, abhi tak mila nahi hai. Builders bahut late karte hain. Ireo ka track record mixed reviews wala hai, yaar. Kuch projects time pe diye hain, kuch mein bahut delays hue hain. Amenities ka toh sab promise karte hain, par maintenance ke naam pe societies mein resident welfare associations (RWAs) ko hi jhelna padta hai baad mein. Careful rehna padega.
Haan bhai, same experience! Mere ek dost ne Airport Road (Gurgaon side) pe ek project mein liya tha, starting mein sab mast tha, ab swimming pool algae farm ban gaya hai. Builder ko koi farak nahi padta.
