Budget finalised, loan pre-approved. I'm looking at BPTP projects in Sector 52 for a 3BHK upgrade from my 2BHK. Builders quote one price but the all-in cost with PLC, parking, and floor rise seems random, yaar. How do you get the *real* total upfront? It's so frustrating to budget like this.
