Gurugram upgrades: Construction quality aur amenities pe advice?
Gurugram mein high-end projects ki construction quality kaafi unpredictable lagti hai. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe a small villa. Raheja Krishna Housing Scheme jaisi properties dekh raha hoon. As an investor, main bohot concerned hoon long-term issues se jaise seepage, cracks, ya fittings ka kharab hona. Kya yeh sab resale value pe bohot impact karta hai? Aur amenities ka kya scene hai? Brochure mein toh sab fancy dikhate hain, but actual mein kitne log clubhouse ya sports facilities use karte hain? Is that premium for amenities really worth it for investment, ya sirf marketing hype hai? Does it actually attract better tenants ya resale pe kuch extra milta hai? Already home loan chal raha hai, so want to make a smart move. Please share your experiences.
