Gurugram utility reality: What builders don't tell investors
Gurugram mein basic utility reliability is the unspoken deal-breaker for investors, I'm finding. I work in real estate but buying for my own investment unit, the ground reality is different. Paras The Manor jaise projects mein bhi, power backup ka kya scene hai? Full flat ya sirf common areas? Aur water supply, reliable hai ya tanker dependency rehti hai? Long-term tenant attraction ke liye yeh sab matters a lot. Elevator maintenance ka response time bhi important hai. What's the real picture from residents?

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! Gurugram mein utility issues are a nightmare. I was looking at a place near Airport Road, and the water pressure was a joke during my visit. Paras The Manor is so expensive (₹9.5 Cr onwards!), I'd expect top-notch services for that price.
Totally agree! For that price range, ₹9.5 Cr – ₹14.6 Cr, basic utilities should be guaranteed, not a lottery. Hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye
