Gurugram's 3BHK premium is a tough pill

Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 83, Reputed Builder ka project dekha. I'm currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Prices have shot up so much, especially on Golf Course Extension. Is there any real price correction happening anywhere in Gurugram, ya sab bas upar hi jaa raha hai? I'm already on a home loan, so EMI ka load bhi dekhna hai. For upgraders like me, is the price jump to a 3BHK really justified in these areas, or should I look at alternatives?
