Okay, I'll be honest — my 2BHK in DLF Phase 3 feels too small now. We're eyeing 3BHKs or villas, maybe near Dwarka Expressway or Golf Course Extension. The premium for a Signature Global or Godrej project feels massive. Is that price jump really worth it for future ROI, considering my existing home loan?
