Gurugram's floor rise premium is a total scam.

Is the insane floor rise premium in Gurugram just a scam? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 82 and looking at 3BHKs on Golf Course Extension, maybe Krisumi. The jump in PLC and floor rise for like, a 10th floor unit, is ridiculous. We're talking 30-40L extra for a view that might not even last. I already have a home loan, so every rupee counts. Why pay so much when secondary market deals in Sectors like 65 might offer better value without these added charges? Change my mind.

I understand the frustration, but floor rise isn't completely baseless. Better views, less noise, more sunlight – these do have a premium. But 30-40L extra for a 10th floor? That sounds excessive even by GGN standards. Maybe Krisumi is just too high-end for that kind of value.

Totally agree with U1! This floor rise is daylight robbery. Builder bas loot rahe hain. Har cheez pe extra charge.
