Gurugram's future: Is 2026-27 still looking good for investors?
Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 65 and along Dwarka Expressway. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, yaar. It's like, I know all the builder tricks, but still confused. Sab bolte hain Gurugram peak kar gaya hai, but Dwarka Expressway aur Global City ka impact kya hoga? Is it still a good investment for 2026-27? Dekha toh M3M and Emaar ke projects on Golf Course Ext Road, aur Sobha ke Dwarka Expressway pe. Prices toh insane hain, 3BHK ke liye ₹2.5 Cr+ minimum. Is it justified, or just hype? Which sectors do you guys think have real potential now? Especially with these infra projects finishing. Kya lagta hai, Gurugram will keep growing, ya market correct hoga? Am I overthinking this, or is this the right time to jump in?
