Gurugram's hidden pockets for smart investment
Finding genuine value in Gurugram right now feels almost impossible, especially if you're looking beyond the usual hotspots. I'm in a 2BHK in DLF City Phase II, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe a small villa. My budget is around ₹3.5-4 Cr. But yaar, new projects on Golf Course Extension ya Dwarka Expressway, prices are crazy high. Is it even worth paying that premium for a new launch? I'm wondering if there are still any 'price correction' zones left in Gurugram, areas jahan real value mil sakti hai. Like, are older properties in Sectors 82-84 ya even some pockets near Sohna Road still good for capital appreciation? Also, secondary market mein negotiation ka scope kitna hota hai? Builders toh hardly budge. Any experiences finding underpriced assets or negotiating a good deal on resale? Kya GTM Builders jaise developers ke older projects mein better deals mil sakte hain?

Yaar, totally relate with your situation! ₹3.5-4 Cr is a big budget but still feels like you're getting peanuts in Gurugram. Golf Course Extension toh out of reach ho gaya hai for most of us. Main bhi 2BHK se 3BHK upgrade ka soch raha hoon, but prices dekh ke darr lagta hai. Is it really worth stretching so much for a new launch jo pata nahi kab tak complete hoga?
