Bhai, you're not wrong about Gurugram delays. Dwarka Expressway toh pata nahi kab se ban raha hai. Builders ki baaton pe toh ab bharosa hi nahi hota. My friend booked in Sector 109, possession date was 2021, abhi tak kuch nahi pata. Sab paper pe hi accha lagta hai, ground reality alag hoti hai.
