Did a site visit to M3M Mansion and Smartworld The Edition last week, and honestly, under-construction projects are giving me major anxiety. Builders ka track record dekhke lagta hai possession dates just numbers hain. M3M Mansion ka completion time frame sunke bhi darr lag raha hai, delay toh pakka hoga. Smartworld The Edition mein bhi yehi thought aa raha hai. My biggest worry is the investor ratio. Kya gurugram mein itne high-end projects sirf investors ke liye ban rahe hain? Matlab, agar end-users kam honge toh society ka vibe kaisa hoga? Ghost society ban jayegi kya? Parents bolte hain ready-to-move hi lena chahiye, par budget mein options kam hain. Logon ka kya experience hai with these builders, especially on delivery timelines? Is it worth taking the risk for the potential appreciation, ya phir peace of mind ke liye kuch aur dekhun? Ab samajh nahi aa raha.

Totally agree with the OP. M3M Mansion ka price range ₹3.3 Cr – ₹12.0 Cr hai, aur possession date 2032-02-01. Itna lamba wait, aur upar se investor-heavy projects ka darr. Parents bhi bolte hain ki ready-to-move lo, par usme budget ka issue hai. Kya karein samajh nahi aa raha. Lagta hai sirf investors hi kharid rahe hain, hum jaise end-users ke liye toh kuch hai hi nahi.
