Gurugram's investor projects are just speculative bubbles.
My investment window closes in 3 months and I'm really torn about M3M Antalya Hills. Honestly, I think Gurugram's 'luxury' projects, especially investor-heavy ones like this, are becoming speculative bubbles, not real assets. I'm based in Dubai, can't do site visits, so need ground reality. Pre-launch se ab tak kitna price move hua hai? Is the current price just hype? My biggest concern is the investor ratio; will it be a ghost society, making rental yields non-existent and resale a nightmare? Builder ka delivery track record bhi mixed hai. What's the actual liquidity and exit strategy after 5-7 years for an NRI investor? Change my mind.
