Honestly, I feel Gurugram's luxury segment often disappoints on actual quality. I'm currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or even a villa, looking at DLF Platinum Residences. My main concern is the construction quality after a few years. Kya actual finishing aur plumbing issues, ya wall cracks, start ho jaate hain? Already have a home loan, so har ek paisa counts for the long run. Also, yeh jo fancy clubhouses aur facilities dikhate hain, are they really used daily ya bas showpiece ban jaate hain? Maintenance charges toh lakhon mein hoti hain, is it value for money for the actual service? Not sure if the price jump is worth it for amenities jo shayad use hi na ho. Any experiences with DLF Platinum ya similar high-end projects, especially regarding resale value impact due to these?
