Gurugram's Sector 89A: Are current prices ignoring ground realities?

Since January I've been shortlisting flats. Sector 89A prices appear inflated. Everyone talks Dwarka Expressway potential, but is current pricing justified for future ROI, considering real water supply and traffic issues? Change my mind.

Totally agree with the original post! Since January, I've been watching Sector 89A prices, and they just seem to climb without much ground reality to back it up. Everyone talks about the Dwarka Expressway potential, but what about the actual water supply and traffic issues that are already there? It feels like we're being sold a dream, not a home. Are these prices truly justified for future ROI, especially for first-time buyers like us?
