Golf Course Extension Road projects look fancy but the super area trap is just ridiculous. I'm currently in a 2BHK near CyberHub, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK and have an existing home loan. My budget is around ₹2.5 Cr. Builders like Paramount Associates quote these huge super areas, but when you check the carpet area, it's barely a decent upgrade from my 2BHK. Matlab, are we paying ₹2.5 Cr for walls and common areas more than actual living space? This whole super area game feels like a deliberate trick to inflate prices. Honestly, the premium for a few extra usable sqft just doesn't justify the huge price jump in Gurugram. It's not worth it. Am I missing something? Disagree? Tell me why.

Bhai, you're not missing anything, this *is* the scam. I faced the exact same issue when looking for a 3BHK near Airport Road. The brochures show these massive 'super areas' but the actual carpet area is barely larger than my current 2BHK. It's like paying for air and common passages you
Totally agree with the post! This super area thing is such a rip-off. Builders just inflate numbers. My budget is also similar, and I feel the same pain.
