Since last Diwali I've been seriously checking out 3BHKs, upgrading from my 2BHK near Cyber City. Family badh rahi hai, so need more space. I'm looking at Dwarka Expressway and Golf Course Ext, even Hayatpur with Max Estates. Prices seem insane, ₹2.5 Cr+ for a decent 3BHK. Is there any actual price correction happening anywhere in Gurugram, ya sab upar hi jaa raha hai? From an investor perspective, where can we find real value now? Stamp duty and other charges also add up big time, right?

Totally agree, bhai! Last year I thought prices would cool down after Diwali, but they've only gone higher. My budget was also around ₹1.8-2 Cr for a 3BHK, but ab toh 2.5 Cr is the new normal. Value areas toh bas naam ke reh gaye hain, especially near Dwarka Expressway.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Aur ye stamp duty, registration charges, home loan processing fees... sab milake itna extra lag jaata hai ki budget pura hil ja
