Yaar, Habulus Tranquil ka price range (₹1.1 Cr – ₹1.5 Cr) sunke hi darr lag raha hai. For an upcoming project, it feels steep, especially with possession in Dec 2028. That's a loooong wait. Kya guarantee hai ki tab tak market theek rahega aur builder deliver karega? Sarjapur Road mein already kitne options hain. Is it really worth blocking funds for such a long horizon?
