Hadapsar 2BHK: Is this price jump justified?

Honestly, I didn't expect Pune property prices to jump this much. Currently in a 2BHK near Hinjewadi, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or spacious 2BHK in Hadapsar. Mera budget ₹80L-1.5Cr tak hai. I'm looking at Amanora Park Town and some other projects. Builder ka track record theek hai, but yaar, is the current pricing for a 2BHK worth it? Feels like prices have shot up a lot recently. Is this just the new normal, or can we expect some correction? Anyone tracking Hadapsar price trends? Not sure if paying this premium now makes sense for future ROI.
