Hadosiddapura mein 1.3 Cr? Bhai, yeh toh Whitefield ke rate ho gaye almost! End-use ke liye bhi itna investment, sochne wali baat hai. Future appreciation ka toh pata nahi, but current price bahut high lag raha hai. Budget-conscious buyer ke liye toh thoda scary hai.
Sahi kaha bhai, 1.3 Cr for Hadosiddapura is a stretch. Unless it's a very premium builder with excellent amenities. Otherwise, for that budget, you might find something
