Happy Homes' clubhouse: genuinely used or just for show?

Did a site visit to Happy Homes. Everyone talks up their clubhouse, but is it actually used daily or just a ghost facility? My kids need *real* usable amenities. Disagree? Tell me why.

Happy Homes ka clubhouse suna hai, par sach mein kitna use hota hai? Site visit mein toh sab chamakta hua dikhta hai, but post-possession ka kya? Especially with only 20 units, will there be enough activity to justify it? Mera budget tight hai, aur main nahi chahta ki main extra maintenance pay karu ek ghost facility ke liye. Kids ke liye swimming pool, play area, yeh sab genuinely functional chahiye. Is anyone living there already or knows someone who is?
