Happy Homes: Family life reality check needed

Since January I've been shortlisting flats in New Delhi, need a 3BHK for my growing family. Happy Homes looks good on paper but I'm really concerned about daily living realities. My wife's main priority is the kids' safety and reliable basic amenities. Kya Happy Homes mein water supply ka issue hai? I've heard some places get tanker calls often. Also, security systems ki ground reality kya hai? Are the CCTVs working, guards properly trained, and visitor management effective? Kids ke liye safe environment chahiye, aur constant water problem toh bilkul nahi. Jin logon ne yahan investment kiya hai, please share your honest experience. Is it genuinely a good place for a family, ya sirf marketing hai?
