Happy Homes' play area: tenant magnet or just show?

My last property's maintenance went up 15% in 2 years. Happy Homes mein children's play area ka kya scene hai? Investor ke liye, is it just a checklist item or does it actually attract tenants and justify premium?

Bhai, this play area thing is a double-edged sword. On one hand, yes, families with kids *do* look for it. But on the other, it adds to maintenance. And with the current rental yields in Delhi, will tenants really pay that much extra
