Been looking for a decent plot in Dwarka for months now, and it's frustrating. I work in real estate, but buying my own property, especially with Silver Oak Development Society's Happy Homes, feels different. I'm doing my due diligence. RERA registration check karna kitna effective hai, matlab, sirf website pe number dekhna is enough? Yaar, title verification ke time pe kya hidden issues aa sakte hain jo common log miss kar dete hain? Investors ke liye exit options par legal issues ka kya asar hota hai? Is RERA complaints process actually helpful ya sirf paper pe hai?
