Totally agree with the post! 'Luxury' has become such a buzzword, especially for first-time buyers like me. I've seen so many projects where the brochures look amazing, but the ground reality is different. My biggest fear is getting stuck with high maintenance for amenities I'll never use, or worse, amenities that are always broken. Is the build quality actually good, ya bas plaster-paint se kaam chalaya hai?
