Hardik Luxurious Homes: Real carpet area shocker

Moved into Hardik Luxurious Homes last month. The carpet area is much less than promised in the brochure. Feeling cheated after possession. Anyone else face this discrepancy? What did you do?

Bhai, RERA mein complaint nahi kiya kya? Carpet area discrepancy toh serious issue hai. They are legally bound to deliver what's promised. Kitna difference aaya approx?

Totally relate! Hardik Luxurious Homes ka toh yeh pura game hai. Brochure mein kuch aur dikhate hain, actual mein kuch aur hota hai. They bait you with the 'luxurious' tag and then deliver less. Feeling cheated is an understatement.
