Builder ka delivery track record toh sahi laga, no issues with handover. But ab rent pe dene ka soch raha hoon. Koi bata sakta hai kya is area mein 1BHK ka average rent kya hai? Honestly, not sure kitna mil payega. Resale market kitna liquid hai yahan? I'm thinking about long-term capital appreciation, but iska future kaisa lagta hai? Koi exit strategy pe advice de sakta hai? Worried about the investor ratio vs end-user mix, hope it's not a ghost society.
Is Hardik Shiva Homes 2 actually good to live in, or just good on paper for families? We're a family of four, need to upgrade for the kids, and my wife's priority is a safe, family-friendly neighbourhood. The brochure showed great amenities – parks, play areas – but are they actually useful or just for show? Kids ke school admission ka tension hai, so proximity to decent schools and hospitals is key. Heard stories about societies where amenities look good but maintenance is zero. What's the real community vibe like? Is it friendly for children, ya log apne mein rehte hain? After paying 64L, I don't want to find out the promised facilities are neglected. Kitna monthly maintenance lagta hai for what you actually get? Anyone faced issues with the actual quality of amenities post-possession? Thoda frustrated hoon with all the conflicting info.
