Hark Sai Enclave

Noida Extension mein property dekh raha hoon for my growing family. Need at least a 3BHK, kids ke school admission bhi dekhne hain. Currently confused between Drona Residency and Hark Sai Enclave. Both are ongoing projects, which is a bit risky, right? Drona ka price range ₹29L-₹84L, Hark Sai is ₹10L-₹20L. My main concern is possession status. Builder ka track record kya hai, on-time delivery dete hain kya? Site visits pe construction quality kaisi lagi hai logon ko? Also, school aur hospital connectivity kiske paas better hai? My wife wants a safe neighbourhood with good social infrastructure for the kids. Which one would be a better long-term bet for a family?
