Hark Sai Group: Affordable but daily life is a real struggle — fight me

₹22 lakh for a 2BHK sounds great on paper, but Hark Sai Group living is not what I expected. Moved in 3 months ago, aur honestly, daily life yahaan mushkil hai. Everyone talks about the price and investment potential, but nobody mentions the constant noise from nearby construction. Air quality bhi achhi nahi lagti. Amenities jo brochure mein dikhaye the, they're barely functional ya fir maintenance ka issue rehta hai. Society mein community vibe bhi thoda isolated sa lagta hai. Is anyone else facing this, ya sirf main hi overthink kar raha hoon? Change my mind.
