Spent the whole Sunday checking out Hark Sai Group in Noida Extension. Honestly, everyone talks about its low price point, par kya yeh sach mein rehne layak hai? My EMI vs rent math says it's time to buy, but I'm worried about the 'upcoming' tag. Amenities ka reality check kya hai? Pictures mein sab accha lagta hai, but daily life mein kitne useful honge? Society ka vibe kaisa hoga? I feel like we only see the good side. Change my mind.
